Paid Hub Club members will automatically receive an exclusive promo code inside their account.
Use this code when booking soft play sessions to access unlimited visits, in line with your membership tier.
Do I need the app to use my membership?
Yes - the Hub Club app is where everything lives.
Your bookings, rewards, promo codes, and membership details are all managed there, making it quick and easy to use your benefits.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes - you can cancel your paid membership in accordance with our terms and conditions. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
